There aren't any pre-made templates, so all that's available is the default.
You can hire about any designer (I would check webmaster-talk.com, digitalpoint.com, vgamin.com and namepros.com) and get it coded, price depending on the designer/coder.
As for sites using OneCMS, all we have is a huge list of all those that have simply installed it on there site.

http://www.gamebrite.com - uses onecms except the news
